COACHING TEAM
You can’t achieve success without a great product and talented coaches to back it up. Each day, we strive to make our Developmental
Appropriate Tennis tool a little bit better, one step at a time. Our various coached programs make sure our player is confident and can apply
themselves to the highest standard they possess.
FRONT DESK aka CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALISTS
If a customer needs help or has a question, our customer success heroes are just an email or phone call away. Our team’s responsibility is
easy: making sure we do whatever it takes to make (and keep!) our customers happy. In fact, we would bend over backward to get a smile on
their face.
MAINTENANCE TEAM
We are continually recognised as one of the premier indoor facilities in the NY Metro & Lower Hudson Valley. This is where we are grateful to
have a maintenance team that keeps the building in top notch condition. Our facility is continually swept of ball fuzz, LED lights are always
super bright and our hallways and bathrooms are a place of joy (by how clean we keep them)
PROGRAMMING and SALES TEAM
Traditional sales often underwhelms. Pushy salespeople trying to sell a product to those who don’t really need it ... just puts them off. That’s
why we do it differently; we actively listen to current & future players’ needs, trying to understand where they are and where they want to go. As
every customer is unique, we draw energy from each interaction.
MANAGEMENT TEAM
This is the group of individuals that steers the team toward the bigger mission and vision. Always top of mind is keeping all of our participants’
