Coach Development Pathway
We’re not just throwing you in at the deep end. Our onboarding program will give you the support you need to hit the ground running.
We want you to improve every day. The CDP internal learning and development program ensures exactly that. Once you're up to speed, you will meet with the Director of Tennis one a month minimum to assess how your classes are going and the impact you are in the program.
It is our duty to make sure that we develop you to the best of YOUR ability. We pay 50% of all your certification costs per year, and are happy to send our coaches for continuing education credit opportunities.
