YTC In The Community
Fundraising, Charity and Donation Requests
Yonkers Tennis Center’s featured Not-for-Profit organization is Groundwork Hudson Valley. GWHV is doing amazing work in our city and leading the way to a sustainable future. Great job and we encourage all to learn more as we have!
In normal season we receive over 200 requests. You can thus understand we cannot honor each one. The following are some parameters for us to consider:
- We require the solicitation individual is a current player at the club (or parent)
- We put an emphasis on children’s activities, education, the environment & health/wellness related topics
- Please e-mail Noelle (ndelgiudice@yonkerstennis.com) or drop off the formal solicitation letter at least two weeks prior to an event.
YTC takes its role in our local community very seriously and is excited to be back helping when we can!
Current YTC Donations so far (Fall 2024):
- A big THANK YOU to everyone who supported breast cancer
awareness by wearing pink and booking open court time during
“Pink-tober Week.” Together, we proudly raised over $1,350 for
the Susan G. Komen Foundation!
- Hearts to Homes provides essential home furnishings to young
adults transitioning out of foster care and YTC was delighted to be a
donor and helped in part to raise over $11,000 for their Wings &

- Food Drive Alert! We collect perishable goods at the club to

- YTC is thrilled to once again be a festival supporter of
the 12th Annual Yonkers Film Festival, celebrating the magic
of cinema and the people behind it! yofifest.com
Tennis in the Community
This initiative is part of our commitment to growing the game of tennis and ensuring that every player, regardless of their background, feels welcomed and valued.
Yonkers Tennis Center’s featured community organizations are Arc Westchester, (which supports adults with developmental disabilities), and Children’s Village (who work in partnership with families to help society’s most vulnerable children.
