Mary Lou has been working at the center since 2008. She serves on the front lines at YTC and she handles processing, billing, and scheduling. She is driven, hardworking, and her friendly disposition combined with her warm smile draw customers in immediately. She believes that YTC is unique because of its commitment to maintaining its identity. Mary Lou says that she admires YTC’s community involvement and she notes how it has influenced her to volunteer in her own community at the hospital and nursing home. In her down time Mary Lou enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters. Her ideal day is a beach day spent with her family.
